SEM Premier Doulas began in 2014 with the idea that a doula team who supports each other could better support the families they work with.
Our name and our team have changed since then, but the values of support, balance, and friendship remain at the core of what we do.

SEM Premier Doulas is a team of experienced doulas offering a variety of perinatal services. From pregnancy to well into your parenting years, we can help to make this time easier and more enjoyable! Each one of us is passionate about helping new families do things their own way, find their own strengths, and build their community, so they’ll have support for years to come.
We offer monthly Community Meetings so that families have have the opportunity to meet our whole team. Families can learn about that month’s birth or parenting topic and spend time with any of the doulas they’d like to get to know better. They also have the opportunity to meet other expecting and new families, building relationships with people who are in the same stage of life and continuing the support and friendship their doulas inspire.
COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT
SEM Premier Doulas believe in helping families create a whole community of support, beginning with their birth and postpartum doulas and continuing into their parenting journey with the friends they meet at our Community Meetings. We love seeing new families grow in their confidence and independence.
